Most Disliked

A few visitors express concerns about presentation, although many believe the taste more than compensates for any minor issues. Some diners feel that peak times can lead to longer wait periods, which might affect the overall experience. During busy lunch hours, it’s common for customers to face noise levels that could be overwhelming for some. Additionally, while the restaurant caters to kids with a dedicated menu, certain diners wish for more variety in healthier options. Overall, while complaints exist, they seem quite minor against the backdrop of generally positive reviews.

Great food and service with generous portions, which the price reflects. Cameron, Erina and the girl with glasses and braces (didn't catch their name) are credits to the company and the site. Definitely worth visiting! Delivery on site also available! Ignore the idiots moaning about presentation, the food was served presentable and all looked and tasted delicious.

My daughter was sick in the car on the way back from holiday so we had to pull over at nearest place. The staff couldnt have done more to help I went in to buy some water for her after cleaning her up an they went above an beyond to offer us help an support showing concern. I saw staff have interactions with other customers all pleasant an everyone seemed to be enjoying their food. Next time we go to skegness we will certainly stop here .... for food this time!

Was in the area and found this place to get an evening meal because it was too windy for a BBQ. The place is nice inside, there's a big fish tank and a tortoise in the car park which my kid loved. The staff are really friendly and good with kids, the menu is good too, lots of choice. The food was incredible, one of the best restaurants I've been to in a while. The ribs were enormous, I should have gone for a half rack but I'm used to getting a full rack of shiners with hardly any meat, the top of the ribs here had more meat than they did. The chips were fluffy inside and crispy outside, my wife had the linguini which was also great. Definitely coming back here again, want to try the breakfast menu so it might be tomorrow morning. You really should try this place.

Well what a delight… great quality products, attentive servers, reasonable price and a beautiful tranquil setting. We enjoyed an early traditional “full English”breakfast today which included tea/coffee and were impressed. We will be returning!

Fantastic lunch, some of the best food in Caistor without a doubt. Reasonable prices, friendly staff, brand new decor and beautiful surroundings. The food was delicious and plentiful portion sizes. Lots of choice, too many things to choose from for a single visit we will be back regularly!

Relaxing and comfortable; I had the full rack of ribs, absolutely fantastic and plenty to eat. I included a pint and was very well fed; my pocket was only slightly dented, too. Enjoy!

This is my first visit to the restaurant, I visited here with my friend, I took her for afternoon tea for her birthday. We also took her little one with us. Afternoon tea was booked and paid in advance, As this s the requirement for afternoon tea. The staff where welcoming upon arrival, and extremely polite, the restaurant was warm cosy and clean, you could also smell the food cooking. We were seated to our reserved table, the waiter came to our table and gave us menus, so we could select drinks. My friend ordered a latte, I just had tea. The waiter took our menus away, the lady in the restaurant fetched another menu, to order little ones food from. She had chicken nuggets and potato tots, when her food came out I was shocked by the quality, freshly made food, not processed like you get elsewhere. Our afternoon tea was big, I was super happy that there was more savory available on it, so many places do too much sweet. The afternoon tea consisted of sandwiches, tuna cucumber, tuna mayo, chicken with mayo. Vegetable quiche, mini pasty, Yummy soup. Also a little pot of gherkins and cheese so much better than the mundane side salad. On the next tier where cakes, that consisted of brownie, Victoria sponge, I think trifle although taste was a mix of trifle and eton mess. Top tier had scones , 1 plain 1 fruit, jam, and cream for each one. The food was tasty and very filling, the brownie was lush and tasted like chocolate ganache. The scone was quite savory and you could taste the salt in it, I only add a little cream, and not jam as I don't like it on scones really, but that's just a preference. I liked everything I ate apart from the quiche, again that's just preference my friend enjoyed here's too. All together the cost was about £41.00. The afternoon teas are, £14.95 each. I would definitely visit again in the future. The staff are lovely and the food is quality. This restaurant is worth a visit.
